Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you pre-order something, we will hold your other items and ship your order together. However, you may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting us at hello@aplosstudio.com. Please note that your credit or debit card will be authorized and charged for the full amount of your order when you place an order on our website including pre-order items.

You may place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock products. In-stock products will ship according to the pre-order shipping time. However, depending on the availability date, you may receive your products separately.

Handling & Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number and details via email. This service includes personal delivery with signature. Please note that if you choose another method, Aplos is not responsible for lost or stolen package. The average delivery times are as follows (please note that  if you choose an item in pre-order, this time frame starts after shipment):

Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Aplós.
